Pitching: Uses a center rubber setup while using a side step. Belt high leg drive with shoulders outside the hips. Has a long stride landing inline with the plate. Moderate arm swing while showing some scap load; standard 3/4 slot. Spins off 3B side with finish. FB: Peak velo of 84 MPH, while sitting 81-83 MPH; commands both sides. CB: 66-67 MPH; showed depth. SL: 77-79 MPH; . CH:  MPH; maintains the same plain.

Physical: 6-foot-0, 175 pounds; Average, proportional build. 7.68 runner in the 60.

Offensively: LHH. Closed setup, with feet just outside his shoulders; flat bat to start. Drops hands on the way back with a toe-tap for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing a strong lower half. Showed a slight lift to the ball with a high finish.  More line drives than flyballs and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 91 MPH via Trackman.

Defensively: Starts with a balanced setup; uses prep hop while being aggressive. Hands are out in front with a clean transfer. Long arm swing from a standard 3/4 arm slot. OF - 77 MPH.

Pitching: Uses a center rubber setup while using a side step. Belt high leg drive with shoulders outside the hips. Has a moderate stride while landing slightly open. Long arm swing while arm stays in line with 2B; high 3/4 slot. Recoils with finish. FB: Peak velo of 80 MPH, while sitting 78-79 MPH; plays up in the zone. CB:  63-65 MPH; slurve like action. CH: 64-65 MPH; maintains same plain.

Physical: 6-foot-0, 163 pounds; Wiry, broad shouldered build. 7.57 runner in the 60.

Offensively: LHH. Closed setup, with feet shoulder width apart; upright bat position. Extended take back of the hands with a toe-tap for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing a strong lower half. Showed a slight lift to the ball with a late one hand finish.  More fly balls than line drives and ground balls with a peak exit velocity of 83 MPH via Trackman.

Defensively: Starts with an upright /tall setup; walks into ready position while displaying fluid actions to the baseball. Hands are off to the side with a clean transfer. Moderate arm circle from a high 3/4 arm slot.  OF - 82 MPH.

Pitching: Uses a center rubber setup while using a side step. Belt high leg drive with shoulders above the hips. Has a long stride landing inline with the plate. Long arm swing while arm stays in line with 2B; high 3/4 slot. Upright with finish. FB: Peak velo of 82 MPH, while sitting 80-82 MPH; life through the zone. CB: 60-62 MPH; spots and expands.  CH: 65-67 MPH; fading action.

10/30/21

Physical: 5-foot-10, 142 pounds; Wiry, lean build. 7.51 runner in the 60.

Offensively: LHH. Even setup, with feet narrow; upright bat position. Drops hands on the way back with a toe-tap for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing an average effort from the legs. Showed a flat swing path with a late one hand finish.  More line drives than flyballs and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 89 MPH via Trackman.

Defensively: Starts with an upright /tall setup; walks into ready position while laid back. Hands are out in front with a seamless transfer. Long arm swing  from a high/over the top arm slot. OF - 80 MPH.

Pitching: Jones uses a center rubber setup while using a side step. Belt high leg drive with shoulders outside the hips. Has a moderate stride landing inline with the plate. Long arm swing while effortless with fluidity, while working through a high/over the top slot. Upright with finish. FB: Peak velo of 77 MPH, while sitting 76-77 MPH; straight action. CB: 60-62 MPH; showed depth. CH: 62-64 MPH; maintains same plain.
