Physical: Projectable, athletic 6-foot-4, 190lb frame with an interesting ceiling. 6.90 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH - Upright, shoulder-width stance with some rhythm in the hands to start. Utilized a short lift and replace stride, initiating the swing through a flat, twitchy path into the hitting zone. Quick hands produced lots of hard, line drive contact through the middle of the field, posting a 36% line drive rate via Trackman. Was able to stay consistent/balanced using tight turns over the backside, notching a T89 mph bat-exit velocity and 323 foot batted ball distance to the LCF gap. Doubles power oozing with more on the way as he keeps adding strength on the build, middle of the order consideration down the line with easy bat to ball skills (74% on-plane efficiency per Blast Motion).
Defensively: The primary outfielder showed off good reads and down chest angles, creating momentum towards the target upon fielding on the left side of his body. Corralled smoothly/softly and released with some pace through a moderate arm circle at H ¾ (77 mph arm). Projects to handle a CF/LF role at the moment and went and got the ball during game action to either gap with good drop step technique.
A projectable lean 6-foot-0, 150 pounds. Ran a 7.33 in the 60 yard dash. Offensively- the right handed hitter stands in the box in a tall stance and displayed simple load actions. Quick direct path to the hitting zone. Makes are consistent contact. Has tons of upside with the bat. Top exit velocity was 74 MPH. Defensively- the OF displayed active footwork. Quick smooth exchanged. Throws from a high ¾ arm slot. The top throwing velocity was 61 MPH. Pitching- the right handed pitcher displayed a repeatable delivery. Stays in sync and balanced throughout the delivery. Low effort mechanics. Displayed good FB command peaking at 62 MPH. The 2023 graduate continues to improve his numbers. Aurelien is athletic and will increase his numbers has he continues to develop.
