Offensively- Sets up with his feet outside his shoulders in a slightly open stance. Knees are bent with an upright torso and his hands held shoulder level with pre-pitch bat movement. On pitch his trigger is a stride forward squaring up to the pitcher with his hands moving back into a good hitting position. Bat path is quick to the zone with a level swing throughout to a high two handed finish. Lower body rotation is good allowing his whole body to get into swing. Good approach with a fluid swing. Recorded an exit velocity of 85 mph. Defensively- Good approach and footwork getting to baseball. Fielding mechanics are fluid with a good funnel into his body and transfer to his throwing hand. Attacks the ball and has a good transition towards his throwing target. Fields on the move well. Displayed a positional velocity of 79 mph.
