Projectable and athletic on the mound, showed developing consistent arm speed, he had a high ¾ arm angle with a loose consistent arm action. Feel type pitcher who shows some effort. Has a consistent balance point with in line shoulders. Lands closed with an athletic finish. Threw his fastball 84-85 mph; showed command arm side in the zone and running action. (Max spin 1993; Avg 1892). His curveball (68-69) has glove side around the zone control and sweeping action. (Max spin 1917; Avg 1868). His changeup (73-74) had arm side around the zone command and gradual fading action. Has slurvey action and glove side around the zone control on his slider (73-74). (Max spin 1965; Avg 1727).
Physical: 6-foot-3, 175 pounds; Long, athletic build.
Defensively: Starts with an upright /tall setup; walks into ready position while showing active feet. Hands are off to the side with a seamless transfer. Moderate arm circle from a standard 3/4 arm slot. OF - 77 MPH.
Pitching: Uses an arm side setup while using a side step. Mid chest leg drive with a slight lean over the belt. Has a long stride while landing slightly open. Moderate arm swing while showing no restrictions; low 3/4 slot. Spins off 1B side with finish. FB: Peak velo of 85 MPH, while sitting 82-84 MPH; life out of the hand with arm side run. CB: 69-70 MPH; slurve like action. SL: 72-75 MPH; . CH: 74 MPH.
Physical: 6-foot-3, 175 pounds; Average, long build.
Pitching: Uses a glove side setup while using a side step. Mid chest leg drive with shoulders above the hips. Has a moderate stride landing inline with the plate. Long arm swing while arm stays in line with 2B; high 3/4 slot. Square to the plate with finish. FB: Peak velo of 80 MPH, while sitting 78-80 MPH; straight action. CB: 67-69 MPH; spots and expands. CH: 70-71 MPH; maintains same plain.
