Physical: 5-10, 165 pounds; Proportional, lean build. 7.41 runner in the 60.

Offensively: RHH. Even setup, with feet just outside his shoulders; has a pre-pitch bat waggle. Short take back with the hands with an up and down stride for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing an average effort from the legs. Showed a direct swing path with a two handed finish.  More groundballs than line drives and flyballs with a peak exit velocity of 84 MPH via Trackman.

Defensively: Starts with a compact setup; utilizing a one knee approach while staying low during receiving. Hands are soft while staying low during transfer. Short take back from a standard 3/4 arm slot. 2.25-2.33 pop times. C - 68 MPH.

Offensively: RHH. Even setup, with feet wide spread; has a pre-pitch bat waggle. Short take back with the hands with an up and down stride for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing a strong lower half. Showed a direct swing path with a two handed finish.  More line drives than flyballs and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 86 MPH via Trackman.

Defensively: Starts with a compact setup; utilizing a one knee approach while staying low during receiving. Hands are firm while staying low during transfer. Short take back from a standard 3/4 arm slot. 2.19-2.25 pop times. C - 71 MPH.

Physical: 5-foot-10, 165 pounds; Proportional, slight build. 7.8 runner in the 60.

Offensively: RHH. Even setup, with feet wide spread; flat bat to start. Short take back with the hands with an up and down stride for timing. Slides weight forward pre-contact. while showing a strong lower half. Showed a compact swing path with a two handed finish.  More groundballs than line drives and flyballs with a peak exit velocity of 85 MPH via Trackman.

Defensively: Starts with a compact setup; utilizing a one knee approach while staying low during receiving. Hands are soft with a clean transfer. Short take back from a low 3/4 arm slot. 2.09-2.18 pop times. C - 69 MPH. 

Pitching: Uses a glove side setup while using a side step. Belt high leg drive with a slight lean over the belt. Has a moderate stride landing inline with the plate. Moderate arm swing while showing some scap load; standard 3/4 slot. Spins off 1B side with finish. FB: Peak velo of 73 MPH, while sitting 72-73 MPH; arm side run with sink. CB: 62-66 MPH; slurve  like action. CH: 66 MPH; fading action. 


3/01/20

Physical: Tall frame, room to fill out. 7.91 runner in the 60; 4.66 home-to-1B.
Offensively: RHH. Tall upright stance, feet shoulder width apart, tight stance, hands neck high with bat over shoulder, large leg kick into simple load action Level swing path that gets through the zone quickly, strong at the point of contact. Strong contact pull-side, pull-side approach. 70 MPH raw exit velocity.
Defensively: 2.53-2.70 pop times. Low balanced stance, smooth glove work, quick hands, accurate throws to second. Short arm swing to the ear, high 3/4 arm slot. C - 58 MPH.
Pitching: Builds pace with a short sidestep and low leg lift and turn, gets into back side as drives down and out in line to his release with intent, follows through to the glove side. Moderate arm swing with a clean 3/4 release. FB: T65, 63-65 MPH. Commands in the zone with arm side run.  SL: 50-51 MPH. 11-5 shape with big, early break. CH: 49-52 MPH. Good sell with screwball-like action.
