Physical: 6-2, 186 pounds; Long, wiry build. 7.74 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Even setup, with feet just outside his shoulders; upright bat position. Drops hands on the way back with an up and down stride for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing a limited effort from the legs. Showed a moderate swing path with a two handed finish. More flyballs than line drives and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 83 MPH via Trackman.
Defensively: Starts with an upright /tall setup; walks into ready position while showing choppy feet. Hands are off to the side with a clean transfer. Long arm swing from a high 3/4 arm slot. OF - 81 MPH.
Pitching: Uses a center rubber setup while using an angled drop step. Mid chest leg drive with shoulders outside the hips. Has a moderate stride while landing slightly closed. Long arm swing while arm stays in line with 2B; high 3/4 slot. Spins off 1B side with finish. FB: Peak velo of 77 MPH, while sitting 73-76 MPH; commands both sides. CB: 63-66 MPH; 2-8 shape. CH: 71-72 MPH; maintains same plain.
