Physical: 5-11, 175 pounds; Lean, athletic build. 6.6 runner in the 60.

Offensively: RHH. Even setup, with feet wide spread; bat positioned at a 45 degree angle. Lifts hands with a slight leg-kick for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing a strong lower half. Showed a short swing path with a two handed finish.  More line drives than flyballs and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 92 MPH via Trackman. line drive approach with plus swing metrics.

Physical: 5-foot-10, 170 pounds; Athletic, proportional build. 6.99 runner in the 60.

Offensively: RHH. Even setup, with feet just outside his shoulders; bat positioned at a 45 degree angle. Short take back with the hands with a slight leg-kick for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing an aggressive lower half. Showed a direct swing path with a two handed finish.  More line drives than flyballs and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 95 MPH via Trackman. Strong, direct swing path. Impressive blast metrics all-around including high bat and hand speed averages.

Defensively: Starts with a balanced setup; uses prep step while displaying fluid actions to the baseball. Hands work through the ball with a clean transfer. Short take back from a low 3/4 arm slot. INF - 77 MPH. Active feet with soft hands and clean transfers. Athletic defender.

Pitching: Uses a glove side setup working primarily from the stretch. Mid chest leg drive with shoulders outside the hips. Has a moderate stride while landing slightly open. Long arm swing while wrist hooks behind back; high/over the top slot. Spins off 1B side with finish. FB: Peak velo of 79 MPH, while sitting 76-78 MPH; straight action.

Physical: 5-foot-10, 170 pounds; Athletic build. 6.96 runner in the 60.

Offensively: RHH. Even setup, with feet just outside his shoulders; has a pre-pitch bat waggle. Loads straight back with a moderate leg kick for timing. Slides weight forward pre-contact. while showing an aggressive lower half. Showed a flat swing path with a two handed finish.  More fly balls than line drives and ground balls with a peak exit velocity of 90 MPH via Trackman. pop through the middle and pull side.

Defensively: Starts with an upright /tall setup; uses prep hop while covering ground laterally. Hands are out in front with a seamless transfer. Moderate arm circle while using various arm slots. INF - 76 MPH. OF - 79 MPH. OF: plays downhill through the ball routinely fielding the ball outside the glove foot.

6/30/21

Physical: Athletic, even proportioned 5-foot-10, 165lb frame with some feel. 7.25 runner in the 60-yard dash. 

Offensively: RHH - Balanced, slightly open stance at an even position as the hands operated in rhythm on the shoulder. Utilized a leg lift to initiate the bat head through a flat, rotational path into the hitting zone. Found leverage using long arms at the front of the plate producing a line drive approach to the pull-side (33% LD rate via Trackman) and occasional lift for extra-bases. Notched a 313 foot batted ball distance at his peak and stayed within himself, barreling pitches out over the plate with a strong top hand available in the swing. Hit into a stiff front side with more power coming, T92 mph bat-exit velocity. 

Defensively: The outfielder demonstrated adequate pace, staying at a medium/lower posture over the front side on the approach. Fielded off his left, shuffling in-line with the hips towards the plate and released at a H ¾, accurate slot (76 mph arm). Showed increased comfort at his primary shortstop position, moving laterally on-time with early presentation. Funneled with rhythm to the chest, holding pace using accurate, quick triggered throws from different angles (77 mph arm). 


2/15/21

Physical: Lean 5-foot-9, 160-pound frame with athleticism in the actions. 7.34 runner in the 60-yard dash. 

Offensively: RHH - Started with an even, balanced setup, the hands started upright at the shoulder; utilized a deliberate leg lift stride in order to initiate a flat path into the hitting zone. Recorded an 86 mph bat-exit velocity with a middle of the field approach present while hitting into a stiff front side. Generated a 260 foot max batted ball distance per Trackman Baseball coupled with a 65% on-plane efficiency pointing towards some developing bat to ball skills. Has a chance to develop consistent doubles power with increased lower half usage. 

Defensively: The primary shortstop presented the glove hand early with loose actions in the middle of the diamond. Confidence in the middle with a feel for pace; played right to left at the fielding window yielding an accurate 72 mph arm strength across the diamond … The outfielder demonstrated adequate footwork with upright footwork on the way through, fielded off the left foot with funnels into the belt loop, accurate high ¾ slot with good extension (81 mph).


7/15/20
Physical: R/R, 5-foot-9 pounds; slender, athletic. 7.44 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Even wide stance 45 degree bat angle; hands drop & load slightly back, quick exaggerated up & down stride. Limited effort, stays behind the ball well with flat bat path with quick hands. Consistent hard hit line drives to pull side; peak Trackman exit velocity of 83 MPH.
Defensively: Low to the ground; aggressive approach, quick choppy steps, fields out front & in center of body (both OF & IF). Stands up through transfer; short arm swing, standard 3/4 arm slot. INF - 72 MPH. OF - 75 MPH.
Pitching: Works from the stretch, low leg lift with stride towards the plate, downhill finish. Clean arm action from a high 3/4 arm slot. FB: T 74 MPH, 70-73 MPH. FB plays true with some cutting action at times. CB: 59-63 MPH. 11-5 rotation, has some depth that plays well from same tunnel as FB.
