Physical: Projectable, high-waisted, and athletic 6-foot-3, 185lb frame with strength available. The West Virginia commit ran a 7.36 60-yard dash.

Offensively: RHH - Crouched, even stance as the hands operated calmly, being slotted just at the shoulder. Utilized a short lift and replace stride, initiating through a bursty, flat path into the hitting zone with lots of quickness to the swing. Able to produce connection and strength at impact with powerful wrists; notched a 40% line drive rate and 40% hard hit rate (via Trackman) pointing towards consistency during his batting practice round. Stayed in the legs and sequenced well, working up the chain to produce a T93 mph bat-exit velocity. Easy middle of the order projection with doubles power to the pull-side and carries simple actions into gameplay for success.

 Defensively: The primary backstop featured advanced receiving skills from a traditional, narrow stance with hamstrings to heels. Pop times ranged from 1.87-1.95 seconds, immediately replacing the feet with some twitch out of the crouch. Stayed low with feel in catch/throw using a quicker release at H ¾ with carry to the bag (78 mph arm strength, accurate). Able to shut down the run-game, adding seasoned blocks with ability to read down angles.


Physical: Strong, athletic 6-foot-3, 184-pound frame with easy feel for his body in all phases of the game; impressive prospect garnering increased interest over the last year. 7.38 runner in the 60-yard dash. 

Offensively: RHH - The righty started from a crouched, even stance with a low hand position start just below the shoulder. Utilized a short lift and replace stride while holding his posture at the plate allowing for quick, tight turns over the right side of his body. Initiated the barrel head through a slightly uphill path creating obvious loft in the approach towards the deep LCF gap (354 foot peak batted ball distance). Hit a prolific home run to the pull-side at the NY Futures Invite this past summer, flashing noticeable extra base hit ability; generated a 74% fly ball rate and got up to a 94 mph bat-exit velocity per Trackman Baseball. Standout round of batting practice with even more to come, as he seems to get better each time we see him. 

Defensively: The primary backstop featured solid receiving abilities from calm, quiet setups alternating between traditional and one-knee at times. Pop times ranged from 2.04-2.08 with impressive footwork towards the bag and quickness in the catch / throw phase. Stayed in the legs with ability to use the pitches’ momentum to aid in the fluidity of the transfers; 78 mph arm strength stood out with carry from the crouch.


Physical: 6-foot-2, 180 pounds; muscular, athletic build. 7.7 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Shoulder width feet with a lot of bend in the back leg, tips the barrel toward the pitcher; uses a simple leg kick to fully load the back side, lunges forward to the ball. Aggressive actions in the lower half, clears the hips quickly giving some separation between the hips and shoulders with somewhat uphill swing, catches the ball out in front and puts good lift on it; high level movements in the box. Shot the ball to the pull side with ease, easily caught the barrel; peak Trackman exit velocity of 93 MPH.
Defensively: Sits high in the crouch with wide feet; Stands up and switches the feet quickly. Soft hands that work up through the ball with a clean transfer; short, clean arm action that gets through the throwing window fast with a fast shoulder turn. 2.14-2.20 pop times. C - 76 MPH.


Physical: 6-foot-2, 170-pounds. Tall, projectable frame; 4.55 home-to-1B.
Offensively: RHH. Tall stance, back knee is bent inward, feet shoulder width apart, hands chest high out in front, large leg kick into a simple load action Upward barrel path, long swing, hands get through the zone quickly with extension. Strong at the point of contact. pull-side approach, line drives with power. 90 MPH raw exit velocity.
Defensively: 2.08-2.15 pop times. Low stance, solid frame, shows a large target, gains ground on throws to second, footwork could be quicker, quick ball transition, above average accurate throws to the base. Long arm swing, overhand arm slot. C - 78 MPH.
