Regan stands in at 6-foot-1, 175-pounds with a lean athletic frame. Fluid mechanics that are smooth and consistent. Shows a high leg kick above the hip crease and breaks down well with good separation. Has a loose arm with a high ¾ release point. Utilizes whole body during pitching delivery and finishes with a strong follow through. Could stiffen front side more to gain extra momentum during the pitching motion. Overall mechanics are fluid and clean. Fastball range was 81-82 MPH and peaked at 83 MPH showing good arm side run. Curveball was 67-69 MPH and showed 12/6 rotation and was consistent in the strike zone. Change up was 74-75 MPH and had effective sink. Overall a solid pitching prospect in the 2018 class that will only get better with continued development and added strength.

NY Games (June 25-27, 2017)

Sturdy 6-foot-1, 175-pound RHP. Pitching - Ball jumps out of hand with quick arm action out of ¾ slot, gets downward plane on fastball at 79-80 MPH, stays down in the zone with tight 12-to-6 curveball at 68-69 MPH, sharp bite on slider, throws change-up at 71-72 MPH, effectively changes eye level, consistently induces weak contact.

Stands at 6-foot-1, 175 pounds, with an athletic body build.  He ran a 4.50 Home to 1st from the right-hand side.   He has a good approach through the ball, with good hands, throws with a low 3/4 arm action, and has accuracy on the target.  His arm strength was 73 MPH.  On the mound, he uses a simple side step, balanced delivery, arm action is fairly clean and loose, throws with a high 3/4 arm slot.  In the game, he seems to have good composure and uses his pitches well getting groundballs.  At the plate his setup is relaxed and balanced stance, medium double tap stride, with a back load.  His hands are compact and swings on a level plane through the baseball, with a shoulder high finish.  His exit velocity was 79 MPH.

New York Games (July 2015)

Regan stands an athletic 6-foot-1, 175-pounds with great projection. He used a quicker delivery, short quick arm action, throws from a 3/4-slot, fastball sits 73-75, topping 77 mph in the first inning with late life. Curveball low 60’s with early action from a 12/6 shape. He finishes well over his front side. Hitting/OF - At the plate he uses a balanced approach, small load on the pitch, stride for timing. Short path to the ball, barrel stays level through contact with a high finish. From the OF he stays behind the ball well, uses a quick shorter arm action, 3/4 slot with some carry and on target. Projectable player.
