5-foot-10, 140-pound. Thin framed right-handed pitching prospect. There is some effort to the delivery for Bliss. There is a slight hesitation in his chest high lift before working down the mound. Quick, clean arm action working through a ¾ slot. Fastball sat 78-81 MPH with slight run to the arm side. Breaking ball is near 12/6 shape with some depth at 64-67 MPH. A lefty swinger that starts in a tall setup. Moves hands back during his stride forward. A contact type guy that has a compact swing. Showed feel for the barrel and the ability to use both fields. Bat speed is developing. Was at his best when he worked the middle of the field. In the outfield he uses short, choppy footwork approaching the baseball. Plays through the ball efficiently, fielding on his glove foot side. Showed feel for the position. Arm strength would be area for improvement. On the mound the right-hander has an uptempo delivery that requires some effort. Lower half creates efficient energy to home plate. Arm works through a high-¾ slot with developing arm speed. Arm action is clean. Fastball is mostly straight through the zone while sitting 74-77 mph. Spins a 12/6 breaking ball with gradual break at 59-60 mph. Pitch showed some sharpness to it when he stayed on top of it.

5-foot-10, 130-pound thin, projectable body frame. Left-handed hitter uses simple swing mechanics. Starts his swing from a balanced stance, using a fluid load with his hands moving past his back shoulder, but have a tendency to drop while loading. Would like to see him incorporate more lower half into his swing. Swings with an upward bat path through the zone, finishing with a one-handed follow through. Did a nice job, showing the ability to use both sides of the field during his round of batting practice. Reached a top exit velocity of 72 mph and ran a 7.50 60-yard dash. From the outfile he shows average footwork. He could improve his run through a bit by using a crow-hop. Throws from a high ¾ slot with 67 mph arm strength. On the mound, he shows some effort in his delivery. Good direction to the plate, landing on line at foot strike. Throws from a high ¾ slot with the fastball sitting 70-73 mph. Curveball sat 57-58 mph with gradual break.
