There’s a lot to like about the two-way product out of Olentangy Liberty. Rowe has put in obvious hours to his craft during the offseason, appearing more physical and actions on both sides of the ball have cleaned up. Looks to have switched up styles on the mound going to a momentum style delivery that was more explosive than we’ve seen from him prior. Fastball jumped up to 87 mph and the breaking ball was an absolute hammer. Hitter’s had little to no chance against the 75-77 mph, 11/5 shaped offering that dropped off the table with a ton of depth. A legitimate two-way prospect who banged it around the yard in BP, ran a 6.87, and has improved his stock as a defender by moving to the outfield. Going to be a good one.

A right-handed bat that starts in a balanced stance. Handsy hitter with obvious whip/authority through the zone. Lower half gets involved through a small leg lift. Balanced swinger with a nice, level path. Offers a balanced offering of strength/speed through the zone. Ball comes off well, especially to oppo gap. In the infield he plays fast with the ability to create angles. Plays low through with solid ball skills. With his athleticism i could see him at multiple spots in the infield with a move to the outfield not out of the question.

Uncommitted. Natural strength throughout his 6-foot-1, 160-pound frame that makes it appear compact while still being longer. Moves well at shortstop with clean hands and a fast release showcasing accurate throws with some carry. At the plate, starts taller from the right side with his hands held low, below the back shoulder with the back elbow high. Constant movement pre-pitch before separating them up and back with stride. Creates noticeable launch angle uphill through the zone with a high finish. Hands showcase some quickness with some strength through the zone. Gap to gap player whose athleticism plays.

6-foot-1, 160-pounds with a long, projectable athletic frame. A talented two-way prospect that impressed in every facet of his game. At the plate uses a rhythmic leg kick load to initiate his swing sequence before taking an aggressive stride into contact. Gets his bat through the zone with excellent batspeed with a level path. Drove the ball with authority in batting practice, showing the ability to create backspin on his line drives. Reached a top exit velocity of 87 mph. In the infield he had fluid actions with solid glove skills. Could play through the ball more consistently if nitpicking. Threw across the infield with 73 mph arm strength. On the mound he works three different pitches that all offer upside. Throws through a ¾ arm slot with short arm action. Fastball offers some late life in the zone while sitting between 77-78 mph. His changeup might prove to be his best out pitch. The 67-69 mph changeup creates significant sink and is thrown with near fastball arm speed. Also spins a sharp 65-67 mph breaking ball. Ran a 7.19, 60-yard dash.
