Starts in a balanced athletic stance with a quick load, then uses a controlled stride. Had a simple upward swing plane, efficient bat speed and high finish. Solid while in the infield, recorded position velocities up to 78 mph; has consistent feet, a natural exchange, and sure hands. Laterally, movements were athletic and fielded the ball out front. Showed a consistent arm action with a high ¾ slot. Clocked a time of 7.43 in the 60-yard dash. On the mound, showing consistent arm speed he used a loose arm action and a high ¾ arm angle. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and shows some effort. Has slight running action. (Max spin 2223; Avg 2158). Had late action on his 10/4 slider. (Max spin 2227; Avg 2130).
