Charlie Griffith: LHP/1B, (2024) St. Charles Prep, OH. 6-foot-1, 185-pound physical athletic frame. Consistent accuracy to the bases, used a loose consistent arm action and a high ¾ slot. In the 60-yard dash, his time was 7.31. Advanced projectable on the mound, showing good consistent arm speed he had a loose clean arm action with a high ¾ arm angle. Tall-and-fall type pitcher and uses some effort. Showed athletic balance point with even shoulders. Lands closed with an athletic recoil finish. (Max spin 2023; Avg 1968).
Charlie Griffith: LHP/1B, (2024) St. Charles Prep, OH. 6-foot-1, 185-pound. Solid on the mound, showing consistent arm speed he used a high ¾ arm angle with a loose arm action. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who uses some effort. Tall balance point with downhill shoulders. Has slight running action. (Max spin 2032; Avg 1982). His 2/8 curveball showed gradual action. (Max spin 2193; Avg 2036).
Hit: Lefty swinger that starts in a balanced setup. Showed a smooth back load to hands during leg lift timing trigger. All the tools are above average for a 2024. Once he continues to clean up movements and physical maturation takes its course he's going to be a guy who can bang it.
Power: Gap pop.
Offensive Projection: TBD. Run producer ceiling.

Field: Good athlete with a profile that could profile at multiple spots. 1B/OF look to him with good hands and solid arm strength.
Throw: Above average strength.
Defensive Projection: 1B/OF.
Scouting Notes: Left-handed arm with an athletic frame. Momentum style delivery that creates solid energy down the mound. Arm is compact/works well through a high-3/4 slot. Definitely an arm to follow. Spins an up/down breaking ball that has tight, quality action when he gets on top of it. Changeup has some early fade with big action. Solid three-pitch southpaw to follow.
Fastball: 71-74mph.
