8/12/18
In the infield he uses short, choppy footwork in his approach. Plays low through fielding, receiving that ball in the middle of his body. Ball skills look to be on par for class. Second/third baseman type. A right-handed hitter at the plate that starts in a balanced stance. Fluid, efficient load that creates energy into contact. Intent driven swing on a nice, level path. Storing kid with bat speed. Path allows for natural lift. Got into a few ball in BP, displaying easy gap pop with loft power to pull. Feet/transfer are quick behind the dish. Looked to have feel back there in game. Pop times will improve as arm strength does.

7/17/18
A right-handed hitter that starts in a tall setup. Load is athletic and fluid, Launches from a balanced position and creates good angles with body to generate natural lift to the baseball. Compact swing with a bit more speed than strength to hands. Intent driven swing with pull side tendencies. Line drive type that should grow into more juice as he fills out. A third base man that uses direct footwork in his approach. Fields from heels in the middle of his body. Ball skills are on bar for class. Very quick transfer and accurate arm.

6/26/18
Right-handed hitter that starts in a balanced setup. Hands stay simple during leg kick timing trigger. Balanced swing on a level path. Offers a balanced combination of strength/speed through the zone, both playing as above average tools. Can do damage when he finds the barrel with added thump to pull side. Fluid actions behind the dish. Looks comfortable at the spot. Both feet and exchange show quickness. Will see easy improvements in pop times as arm strength increases.

6/19/18
A righty swinger that starts in a taller stance. Uses a leg kick load as hands flow back to a strong launch position during stride. Swing is compact on a slightly uphill path. Hands show both strength and speed. Ball comes off well, showing the ability to create natural backspin. Solid round of BP with run producer qualities shown. Moves well behind the dish with flexible hips and fluid actions. Feet and exchange skills are clean/quick. Will fade a bit to the third base line during exchange. Could easily being him a sub 2.0 guy if arm strengthens with maturity.

5/29/18

A right-handed bat that starts in a balanced setup. Uses a knee pinch to get lower half involved while moving hands slightly back prior to trigger. A strong kid with twitch through the zone. Ball comes off well, generating easy gap pop with signs of loft power to pull side. Run producer type bat. Behind the dish he offers an average skill set across the board. Pop times were in the the 2.0’s to 2.2’s with an accurate arm. Looks to have feel for the position in game. Received it well. Limited viewing on blocking.

Showed well at the plate in the showcase portion. Initiates pre-swing movement with a leg kick timing trigger. Hands stay still throughout loading sequence. Swing is compact with noticeable barrel whip through the zone. Strength and bat speed are apparent in swing. Was at his best when he worked to the middle of the field. Behind the dish he does a nice job creating direction with his feet. Exchange skills are developing. Will see easy increases in pop times as arm strength develops.

7/12/17
A right-handed hitter that starts in a balanced setup. Hands move back to launch during his forward movement. Creates energy in timing with a leg lift load. Path was mostly level and swing is compact. Natural tools are developing and he showed feel for the barrel. Bat plays at the top of the lineup. In the crouch, he shows average footwork. Receives the ball into his chest and throws with a shorter arm action. Arm strength is still developing. Could benefit by getting on top of his release more.
60-yard dash: 8.07
Catcher Velocity: 65
Pop Times: 2.22-2.37
Exit Velocity: 80
