Ethan Pollack: LHP/1B, (2022) Cleveland Heights, OH. 6-foot-3, 230-pound. In the box, Pollack had a max exit velocity of 89 mph. (57.3 mph bat speed average). (18.5 mph hand speed average). Started in a balanced athletic stance with a controlled load, then used a small leg kick. Bat speed is quick, displays a short simple swing plane and good extension on his finish. Solid in the infield, his best throw was registered at 82 mph; had sure hands, consistent footwork, and a natural exchange. Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball out front. Had a quick arm action and a high ¾ slot. Recorded a 60 time of 8.27 at the event. On the mound, showed some arm speed with a loose arm action and a high ¾ arm angle. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and shows some effort. Threw his fastball 83-84 mph. Has slight running action. (Max spin 2015; Avg 1972). Shows slurvey action on his 1/7 curveball (67-69). (Max spin 1803; Avg 1624). He shows fading action on his changeup (75-77).

Delivery Notes: On the mound Pollack shows a controlled, athletic tempo and creates good momentum down the mound. He throws from a ¾ arm slot and shows a clean arm action.
