Bat speed is efficient, shows a simple upward swing plane and high finish. Showed his live arm in the infield with position velocities up to 85 mph. Behind the plate, he made strong throws to second and produced an efficient position velocity of 79 mph; shows a natural transfer, consistent feet, and sure hands. displayed his ability to control the run game with a pop time of 1.87-2.03. Some flexibility and quiet setup. Used a quick arm action and a high ¾ slot. During the event, clocked a 60 time of 7.0.

Projectable advanced in the infield, his best throw was registered at 84 mph; had firm consistent hands, in control consistent footwork, and a quick exchange. Fielded the ball out front with athletic movement laterally. Behind the plate, he made strong, efficient throws to second at velocities up to 80 mph; had athletic consistent footwork, a twitchy clean transfer, and next level hands. had quick feet and transfers on his throw downs, recording a 1.89-1.93 pop time. A lot of flexibility and flexible setup. Used a very quick arm action and a high ¾ slot while showing consistent accuracy to the base.  (Max spin ; Avg ). 

: C/RHP, (2024) Solon, OH. 6-foot, 180-pound. At the plate, Barmen recorded an exit velocity of 85 mph. Begins in an athletic quiet stance with a compact load, then uses a small leg kick. Has quick bat speed, short simple swing plane and good extension on his finish. Behind the plate, throw downs to second were maxed at 76 mph; had a clean transfer, consistent footwork, and soft hands. displayed next-level catching ability by boasting a 1.91-1.97 pop time. Calm setup with some flexibility. Used a quick arm action and a high ¾ slot. During the event, clocked a 60 time of 7.15. On the mound, showing quick arm speed he had a compact arm action and a high ¾ arm angle. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who shows easy effort. Threw his fastball 80-84 mph. Has slight running action. (Max spin 2149; Avg 2060). Shows a 11/5 curveball (75-76) with some action. (Max spin 2440; Avg 2440). He shows slight action on his changeup (75-78).

Behind the plate, his best recorded velocity during throw downs was clocked at 74 mph. had quick feet and transfers on his throw downs, recording a 1.92-2.01 pop time. In the 60-yard dash, he clocked a time of 7.38. On the mound, sat with his fastball at 78-80 mph and topped out at 80 mph. Curveball (66-69 mph).

Began in an athletic stance with a quick smooth load, then used a leg kick. Bat speed was average, and had a rotational swing plane. Movements laterally were athletic. Behind the plate, his best throw downs of the day reached a max velocity of 75 mph; shows quick athletic feet, a clean exchange, and soft hands. Had quick feet and transfers on his throw downs, recording a 1.95-2.01 pop time. Average flexibility and athletic setup. On the mound, had a compact arm action and a ¾ arm angle with good arm speed. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who uses some effort. Showed an athletic balance point. Produced a fastball that came in at 77-81 mph; had arm side control and running action. His 11/5 curveball (68-69) shows plus action. Shows fading action and arm side command on his changeup (73-76).

Delivery Notes: On the mound Barmen shows good athleticism. He throws from a ¾ arm slot and has an overall compact and smooth arm action. He stays in stable, powerful positions in the beginning of his delivery which sets him up well to repeat his delivery and be a strike thrower.
Fastball: The fastball was 73-77 mph and mostly true through the zone.
Fastball Spin Rate: 1570-1650
Curveball: His breaking ball was 56-57 mph with minimal bite. Pitch is still developing.
Curveball Spin Rate: 1600-1780
Changeup: The changeup was 65-67 mph.

Hit: At the plate Barmen used a mini leg kick and hovered his front foot before getting it down. Has an overall quiet and smooth swing. Takes a short path to the ball and keeps his barrel through the zone relatively well.
Top BP Exit Velocity: 88.5 mph
Top BP Distance: 280 feet
Offensive Projection: Barmen shows overall good athleticism and good movement patterns. Projectable athlete. Long term projection TBD.
Field: Behind the plate Barmen showed quick feet and a quick exchange on his throws. Arm action was short and efficient. In the outfield he played through the ball well and had good footwork and rhythm getting to balls.
Throw: 74 mph from behind the plate.
Defensive Projection: Shows good natural actions behind the plate. Basic fundamentals still need refinement but still projects as a C.
