6-foot-2, 200-pound left handed with that demonstrated athleticism on the mound. Uses a high leg kick into a max effort delivery. Fastball sat 82-84 mph with occasional run and comes out of a high ¾ arm slot while using a short arm action. Curveball had a sharp 1/7 tilt at 73-74 mph and features swing and miss potential. Mixed in a changeup at 76 mph.

Athletic left handed pitching prospect with a 6-foot-2, 205-pound frame. On the mound he shows choppy rhythm in his delivery that is max effort. Good direction to the plate, landing on line at foot strike. Short and stiff back arm action into a high ¾ slot. Fastball sat 79-84 mph while topping out at 85 mph. Curveball sat 70-71 mph with sharp break on a 2/8 plane. Changeup sat 76 mph.

Left-handed pitcher with a strong build at 6-foot-2, 200-pounds. Goes with a slower tempo to a delivery that requires regular effort. From a high-3/4 slot his fastball sat 78-81 mph with slight run. Curveball had a 1/7 shape to it with gradual break at 65-58 mph. Was able to maintain fastball armspeed on his 71-73 changeup.

6-foot-2, 200-pound strong build. On the mound the left handed prospect shows good tempo in his delivery. Delivery requires regular effort. Comes to a brief balance point pause at the top of his leg kick. Drop and drive momentum towards the plate. Shows good direction and finishes square at the end of the delivery. Throws from a high ¾ arm slot with average arm speed. Three pitch mix with the fastball sitting 81-83 mph. Curveball sits 66-69 mph with gradual break on a 1/7 plane. Throws a very good changeup with fastball arm speed at 72-73 mph.

6-foot-2, 200-pound strong, athletic build. The southpaw uses a slow tempo to a delivery that requires some effort. A drop and drive type pitcher that creates good direction to home plate. From an over the top slot his fastball has natural run and sat between 79-82 mph, topping out at 83 mph. His best off speed pitch was his change up that had run and sink with good depth at 73-75 mph. His curveball had a 1/7 shape to it with some sharpness and depth at 68-70 mph.

2020 DRAFT: The now power-armed lefty sat 82-84 mph as a high school senior and originally attended Youngstown State. After his freshman year he transferred to Sinclair State CC (OH) before taking residence in Lubbock. Brustoski is physical bodied at 6-foot-2, 240-pounds and has premium velocity from the left side; sits 93-96 mph with his heater and will touch 97, 98. He will also flash an average slider at 84-86. He profiles as a backend bullpen arm at the pro level. Brustoski finished the 2020 season 1-1, 1.80 ERA, 10 IP, 5 H, 4 BB, 13 SO, .147 OPPAVG.

9/15/2018: Physical bodied lefty with big arm strength and a 93-95 mph FB. Average SL 84-86. Two years ago sat 82-84 mph as a high school senior. Now has premium velocity from the left side. Potential for top 10 round consideration in 2019 draft. Transfer from Youngstown State.
