Fastball ranged 88-90 mph with some late movement. Two types of breaking balls: a harder slurvy type with two plane bite (75-77 mph) and lesser feel on slower one (67-68 mph). Showed some feel of change up (75-76 mph).
6/04/12
Good, projectable athletic body with strength to come. Ran solid 6.87 60-yard time with 92 mph velocity from the outfield. Hits from an open stance who squares front side. He has a low hand trigger which results in upper-cut in swing. Potential homerun power. On the mound, he uses uses an over the top arm slot. Gets extension but needs to compact and repeat delivery. Downhill plane to his pitches. His arm has life but struggles at times with control. Fastball fairly straight, ranging 82-86 mph with some feel of spinning downward plane curve (66-67). Shows some arm side run on change (67-68 mph).
