The 2021 right-hander out of New Albany had a solid showing on the day. Works with an uptempo delivery that requires some effort. Arm action was shorter and clean while moving through a near high-3/4 slot. Arm shows obvious quickness to it. A drop and drive type guy who gets adequate energy with his lower half. Showed three pitches to his arsenal, highlighted by his 75-77 mph fastball. The better of his two secondary offerings on the day was his 11/5 shaped breaking ball. The pitch was very sharp at 63-64 mph. Also showed developing feel for a changeup.

A right-handed hitter that starts in a wider setup. Uses a short stride for timing while taking hands to his shoulder prior to trigger. Showed above average bat speed of this age while working on a nice, level plane. Showed gap to gap pop in batting practice with more juice in there as he fills out. Has the look of a middle of the order guy down the road. A two-way prospect. On the mound the right-hander has a quicker paced tempo that requires little effort. Arm action is short making it tough for hitters to pick up his 68-72 mph fastball. Was in the zone for the most part with the offering. Complements hit fastball with a changeup that showed some fade to it. Uses close to fastball arm speed on the offering that came in at 64-66 mph. Also flashed a breaking ball on a 10/4 plane. The pitch has good swing to it with some sharpness to it at 58-60 mph. On the infield shows fluidity in his overall actions. Does a nice job with attacking the baseball and carrying that momentum into throws. Ball comes from a high ¾ slot. Will be aided by relaxing his hands and developing softness in the glove.

60-Yard Dash: 7.65
Infield Velocity: 70
Exit Velocity: 70
