On the mound the right-hander has good tempo to his repeatable delivery. A drop and drive guy that creates energy with his lower half. Arm works well through a high-¾ slot.l Fastball has heavy arm side run, sitting in the low 80s. Throws a firm breaking ball that has late, sharp action. The pitch is tough to pick up before it drops off the table on an 11/5 plane. A talented arm that has a future on a college roster.

A right-handed pitching prospect in the 2018 class. Belser has a fluid tempo to his delivery, while working through a high-¾ slot. Works of his running, 79-83 mph fastball. Does a nice job backdooring the pitch or running it into righties. Complements his fastball with his 11/5 shaped breaking ball at 69-73 mph. The pitch isn’t a big breaker but has enough depth and movement to miss barrels. Showed a few change-ups, still developing feel at 73-76 mph.

6-foot-3, 195-pound athletic, projectable build. On the mound he shows some rhythm in his delivery that requires regular effort. Throws with good direction to the plate. High ¾ arm slot with quick arm speed. Fastball sat 78-83 mph. Curveball sat 73-76 mph with sharp break on an 11/5 plane. Changeup sat 69-72 mph.

6-foot-2, 180-pound projectable frame. From the outfield he is aggressive to the ball and throws from a short-¾ slot with 77 mph arm strength. Right-handed hitter with a spread out stance with good balance. Good rhythm with a flat bat path and high finish. Registered a top exit velocity of 83 mph and ran a 7.79 60-yard dash. On the mound, he throws through a near over the top arm slot with short arm action. Two-pitch mix. Showed good command of the zone with his 74-77 mph fastball that displayed minimal movement. Also showed feel for a 69-71 mph changeup thrown with near fastball arm speed.
