5-foot-11, 186-pound. Kahook showed one of the more complete three-pitch mix for the event. A right hander that had shown very simple mechanics and a clean arm action in the past brought an increase in velocity along with some real pitch-ability. The small, wiry prospect uses a delivery that requires regular effort and stays smooth throughout. Ball works through a high-¾ slot comes out of the hand well and showing some life through the zone at 83-86 mph. Showed two secondary offerings that are both playable pitches at the next level. The breaking ball is much improved with sharp near 12/6 bite at 73-76 mph.The changeup was thrown with near fastball arm speed at 78-79 mph with downward action and occasional cut. The pitch-ability and tunneling of each of the three offerings along with the potential for velo to continue to climb make Kahook a very interesting follow this summer.
A right-handed hitter that starts in an open setup. Lower half is simple and hands stay rhythmic prior to launch. Barrel has solid whip through the zone working on a mostly level path. Strong kid that stays through contact well. Was at his best when he worked the middle of the field. In the infield he does a nice job of creating angles in his pre-fielding footwork. Glove skills play and he has a very quick transfer. Can use multiple arm slots. Solid defender. On the bump the right-hander is mechanically sound with clean arm action. Arm has some quickness to it and the ball comes out of his hand well. Fastball gets on hitters more than his 79-81 mph velocity would indicate. Go to secondary offering is his 10/4 shaped breaking ball. Not a big breaker but does enough to miss barrels at 69-71 mph.

5-foot-7, 145-pound build. Right handed hitter that starts open and gets to even. Gets his hands back and foot down on time. Short, compact swing with 84 mph exit velocity off a tee. Ran 5.07 home to first. Behind the plate he starts in athletic stance and opens up on his footwork to second base. Quick transfer and throws from a high-3/4 slot with pop times ranging from 2.12-2.3 and 70 mph arm strength. On the mound he goes from the stretch. Easy lift and is closed at foot strike. Throws from a high-3/4 slot with fastball sitting 74-75 mph. Spins a breaking ball at 65 mph with 11/5 tilt and slows his arm down on his changeup at 67 mph.
