Uses a reverse toe-tap load before launching his hands on an efficient and uphill path through extension. In BP, shows a pull approach with lift, mostly barrels, 81 exit velo. Runs a 7.40 60. Defensively, shows a slightly narrow set-up with some sway and his left-knee turned in. Receives with well above average strong and quiet hands, beating the ball to the spot. Shows clean, quick, and consistent footwork to second base, and average blocking.Throws down with a short and over the top arm action, 72 mph down to second base with accuracy for showcase pop times of 2.02-2.12.

Defensively, good receiver, consistent feet, over the top arm action, 71 mph to second, 2.07-2.28 showcase pop. Runs a 7.59 60.  Wilmoth was 0/3 on the day with a walk.

Uses a slight knee-knock leg kick with a short stride, short to the ball with a flat path through extension. In BP, shows a mostly flat, middle to opposite field approach, some barrels, 78 mph exit velo. Runs a 7.59 60. Defensively, shows slightly average receiving and blocking. Throws from a traditional catcher’s slot and arm action, 71 mph, 2.07-2.28 showcase pop times with accuracy. Also shows some clean actions in the middle infield, 73 mph across the diamond. In the game, went 0-for-2 with a ground out to the first baseman.
