Positional Profile: MIF/RHP

Body: 6-foot-2, 175-pounds.  Athletic and projectable build with room for added strength and size in the future.

Hit: RHH.  Starts with a slightly open stance and athletic posture.  Simple stride into a wide base.  Strong weight stack onto the back leg with quiet hands getting set early.  Slight scissor kick action with the back foot and rotational path with the hands.  Hands work quickly through the zone and shows the ability to match plane with the pitch with a slight uphill bat path.

Defense: In the infield attacks the ball with aggressive footwork and direct routes.  Fields the ball out in front of the body with a feel for glove action and soft hands.  Shows the ability to field the ball on the move well with clean exchanges out of the glove.  Registered 76 mph from across the diamond.

Run: 5.09 runner home to first.

Delivery: Short and simple footwork around the rubber with a pre turned pivot foot.  Works to a mid height balance point.  Hands work quietly around the belt with short coil in the front hip and shoulder.  Short weight stack onto the back leg with strong push off the rubber into a firm plant leg.  Smooth rhythm and pace throughout the delivery.

Arm: Action:  High ¾ arm slot with a long and loose arm action.

Fastball: 73-78 mph.  Very heavy arm side running action and sink.

Slider: 65-67 mph.  Big sweeping action with heavy horizontal shape.

Changeup: 71 mph.  Short fading action with fastball hand speed and strong attack.

Hit: RHH. Starts with a slightly open stance with an athletic posture and hands set at shoulder height. Smooth rhythm to the swing.  Quick rocking load into the lower half and a simple stride with foot getting down early.  Lower half works linear through the zone into a firm front leg.  Level bat path with quick hands through the zone.  Stays behind contact well and gets good extension.
Power: 83.7 max exit velocity, averaged 65 mph. 270’ max distance.
Arm: RH.  INF - 70 mph.  High 3/4 arm slot with a loose and clean arm action.
Defense: Attacks the ball with shorter strides and lateral routes to the ball.  Fields the ball slightly deep into the body with soft hands.  Shows good lateral range and ability to field the ball on the move. 
Run: 7.67 runner in the 60. 

Delivery: Quick rocker style footwork around the mound working to a mid height balance point.  Fast pace and tempo throughout the delivery.  Hands work up and down with the lower half.  Short push off the back foot with good momentum headed towards the plate into a firm plant leg.
