Body: 5-foot-10, 140-pounds. Lean and developing build with room for added strength and size in the future.
Hit: RHH. Starts with a slightly open stance and an upright posture. Utilizes a quick two tap stride with heavy rhythm with the hands. Hands work rotationally through the zone with a strong top hand finish. Lower half works rotationally through the swing into a firm front leg. Slight uphill bat path and lets the ball travel deep into the zone.
Defense: Behind the plate showed throws with strong carry and accuracy to the bag on quick exchanges registering pop times between 2.12-2.18 at 70 mph. Receives the ball with one knee in the dirt and developing pitch framing skills. Blocks with high posture and slightly late feet. In the infield attacks the ball with controlled rhythm and shorter footwork. Fields the ball slightly deep into the body with some glove action and soft hands. Registered 74 mph from across the diamond.
Run: 5.06 runner home to first.
Delivery: Short rocker style footwork around the rubber working to an easy pivot foot. Slow and methodical pace to the delivery working to a low balance point and a slightly crouched posture. Works from the first base side of the rubber and strides directionally down the center of the mound into a firm plant leg. Delivery picks up pace at the top of the delivery with some quickness down the mound.
Arm: Action: ¾ arm slot with a shorter arm action.
Fastball: 73-76 mph. Very heavy arm side fading action with some sink and landing in the zone for strikes.
