A lean 6-foot, 170-pound frame with wiry strength and room to add more. On the mound, the right-hander works only from the stretch coming set with bend in his back leg before using a high leg kick with no runner on, driving down the mound, and finishing balanced. Arm action is long and loose in the back with a quick change of direction at the bottom of the arm stroke before coming through a high-¾ slot with arm speed. Fastball keeps its plane at 83-89 mph, some strikes. Curveball shows 11/5 shape at 68-69 mph with some late depth, some strikes. In the game, found his best stuff late and punched out the last two hitters he faced.
The 5-foot-11, 167-pound outfielder featured an athletic, lean frame with room to add on. The left-handed hitter starts with a wide, even stance with hands that begin at the shoulder. A knee-knock coupled with a deep load initiated a slightly uphill swing through the zone. The lefty hits into a stiff-front side driving through a strong lower-half to generate consistent bat-exit velocities of 82 mph. Recorded a 7.45 60-yard dash. The outfielder displayed easy, fluid footwork that arrived to the ball on time creating momentum towards the target. A strong lower-half yielded strong 85 mph throws out of a moderate, over-the-top arm-stroke.
