The recent Carl Albert commit is a 6-foot-1, 215-pound durable frame with strength. On the mound, works from an average tempo delivery with very little effort down the mound with an abbreviated stride. Arm action is full, fluid, and whippy, coming through a low-¾ slot. Offensively, the right-handed hitter bats from a narrow, upright, and open stance with high set hands. Uses a slight leg kick and barrel tip load before launching his hands on a slightly uphill path with some strength and bat speed. In BP, shows a flat, all fields approach with occasional lift, some barrels. An exit velo of 88 mph. Runs a 7.44 60. Defensively, shows above average hands and feet with a quick and strong arm from a ¾ slot. Tosses 85 mph across the diamond with some accuracy.
