Positional Profile: MIF/RHP

Body: 5-foot-10, 140-pounds.  Lean and developing build with room for added strength and size in the future.

Hit: RHH.  Starts with a wider base and slightly crouched posture.  Strong weight stack into the back leg and utilizes a short two tap stride.  Lower half drives rotationally through the zone into a slightly bent plant leg.  Rotational path with the hands with a strong top hand finish.  Stays behind the ball well and has slight lean back in the posture at contact point.

Defense: Attacks the ball with controlled rhythm and shorter strides.  Fields the ball out in front of the body with a feel for glove action and soft hands.  Plays underneath the ball well.  Registered 75 mph from across the diamond.

Run: 4.77 runner home to first.

Delivery: Short and methodical rocker style footwork around the rubber working to an easy pivot foot.  Slow and controlled tempo and pace to the delivery.  Works to a high balance point with stall out at the top of the delivery.  Hands work quietly around the belt and break from the glove at the top of the delivery.  Strong weight stack onto the back leg with slight lean back in the posture.  Works from the middle of the rubber and strides directionally down the center of the mound into a firm plant leg.

Arm: Action: High ¾ arm slot with a short arm action.

Fastball: 71-77 mph.  Shows some slight arm side running action.

Curveball:

Slider: 59-65 mph.  Loose and slurvy shape with developing spin.

Changeup: 62-63 mph.  Shows some arm side fading action with feel for landing in the zone.
