Positional Profile: MIF

Body: 5-foot-8, 130-pounds.  Lean and developing build with room for added strength and size in the future.

Hit: LHH.  Starts with a neutral stance and athletic posture.  Hands work quietly into position with a low hand set.  Short leg kick stride with a short weight stack into the back leg.  Upper body works rotationally through the zone.  Front leg stops the rotation quickly in the swing.  Level bat path and line drive approach.  Strong top hand finish.

Defense: In the infield attacks the ball with shorter footwork and controlled rhythm.  Fields the ball out in front of the body with good glove action and soft hands.  Showed clean exchanges out of the glove and registered 73 mph from across the diamond.

Run: 4.44 runner home to first.

1/29/22

Positional Profile: 2B/OF
Body: 5-7, 130-pounds. Lean and developing build with room for added strength and size in the future.
Hit: LHH. Starts with a neutral stance and slightly crouched posture with hands getting set at below shoulder height. Slow and early load into the back side.  Rotational path with the hands and strong rotation around the core.  Lower half works linearly through the zone into a firm front leg.  Slight lean back in posture at contact point.  Does a good job of getting the barrel into the zone early and through extension.
Power: 74.4 max exit velocity, averaged 68.7 mph. 204’ max distance.
Arm: RH.  INF - 74 mph. OF - 79 mph. High 3/4 arm slot with a clean and loose arm action.
Defense: In the outfield attacks the ball with aggressive routes and good footwork.  Fields the ball out in front of the glove side leg with good glove action and soft hands.  Uses a quick shuffle crow hop technique.  In the infield attacks the ball with and understanding of routes around the ball and shorter footwork.  Fields the ball slightly deep into the body with developing glove action.  Files the ball on the move well.
Run: 7.70 runner in the 60.
