Run: 7.08 runner in the 60.

Delivery: Quick rocker style footwork with a very fast pace and tempo.  Works to a high balance point with a quick weight stack onto the back leg.  Hands work up and down with the lower half and break from the glove at the top of the delivery.  High front elbow with a low glove.  Works from the middle of the rubber and strides directionally slightly towards the first base side of the mound creating tough angles on hitters.  Tall and fall style motion down the slope into a firm plant leg.
Arm Action: LH. High 3/4 arm slot with a short and loose arm action.
