9.9.17 - Grinberg is a 2019 catcher at 5-foot-10, 160-pounds and shows signs that more strength is on its way. At the plate, left-handed bat, starts relaxed and loose in hands, small stride to launch, hands work and there is feel in the box. Hands have quickness and work well to contact and he showed he can move the barrel around the zone with an exit velo of 81 mph. Behind the dish, best pop time was 2.22, can sync up lower half with arm to be under control more as at times he would rush, catches the ball well and has room and tools to shave his pop time down. Interesting 19' grad and will be curious to see after this winters training.
