A 6-foot-2, 185-pound third baseman with room to fill out and add some size to his lanky frame. Patrick swings it from the left side of the plate. Quiet leg kick load, shows good timing in the box, able to transfer weight over to his front side efficiently as he brings his hands quickly through the zone and finishes with a clean follow-through. Line drive approach at the plate with potential to generate some gap power to his pull side with added strength. In the infield, arm works cleanly from a high-¾ arm slot and the throws have some carry. Patrick shows some tools, especially at the plate and will be an under-the-radar 2019 grad to keep an eye on moving forward.

In his first year with the Toronto Mets, the uncommitted infielder/right-handed pitcher has the framework of a solid player down the road. Tall, lean and strong, Patrick has all the makings of a prospect. The ball comes off the bat loud, and with a powerful left-handed swing in the tank, there's a lot more there. Keep an eye on Patrick, as he's sure to develop into one of the more intriguing players around.
