Game Performance

Notes

Comments

2/12/23

Physical: Muscular 6-foot, 185lb frame who gets the most out of body. 6.87 runner in 60YD.

Offensively: RHH. Crouched stance with a strong base, as the hands operate at a 45 next to the ear. Utilized a toe-tap stride to initiate the swing through a leveraged, slightly uphill path into the hitting zone. Tons of barrel whip at impact, creating backspin to the big part of the field. Recorded a T95MPH exit at 333FT, juice transfers to game.

Defensively: The primary outfielder featured choppy footwork and showed multiple routes on the approach. Clean feel for the pocket and reached back for an upper-80’s arm positionally. Could handle at least (2) of the OF spots.

6/12/22

Physical: Uber-athletic, strong 6-foot, 180lb frame with 6.80 footspeed in the 60.

Offensively: RHH. Wider, lower posture with crouch into the legs. Utilized a stretched lift and replace stride that creates easy separation. Delivered a slightly uphill path into the hitting zone towards a shallow two-handed finish. Full range of motion in the swing and recorded T97 mph bat-exit velocity, one landing up to 366 feet to the pull-side over the party deck in left. Earned himself a commitment to St. Bonas after a loud round.

Defensively: The outfielder displayed rangy footwork in either direction; chopped the feet and created a clean route behind the ball. Unleashed for 85 mph arm-strength to the target, corner outfield projection.
