Offensively: RHH - Wide, strong base from a slightly outside shoulder-width position. Utilized a slight barrel tip and a quiet lift and replace stride as the timing mechanism, initiating the hands into the hitting zone through a flat, accurate path. Repeatable effort through the middle of the field with consistency on the barrel; posted a 74% on-plane efficiency per Blast Motion. Showed extra juice to pull emphasized by a T88 mph bat-exit velocity during his batting practice round. An impressive 50% line drive rate points to the ability to hit for average down the line, mature hitter overall with low strikeout rates.
Defensively: The primary outfielder demonstrated good reads off the bat with smooth actions at the fielding window (moderate posture, low glove hand off of the left side). Approached and corralled inward with soft hands attributing to solid pace during defensive evaluations. Notched an accurate 80 mph arm strength from an over-the-top slot.
