10/01/22

Physical: Larger, thick 6-foot-2, 240lb build. 7.80 runner in the 60-yard dash.

Offensively: RHH. Bent, slightly open stance, as the barrel lays back over the shoulder. Utilized a controlled leg-hang stride to initiate the swing through a whippy, flat path with some sweep into the hitting zone. Maintained explosive actions at the plate, staying anchored behind the ball with leverage at impact. Recorded a T99 mph exit (among the leaders) and 355 foot distance to LCF.

Defensively: The primary catcher showed a quiet receive from left-knee down, working mostly in the pocket. Pop times ranged between 2.00-2.11 with a hitchy, quick release that gets up in time, as well as an accurate 74 mph arm-strength (H ¾).

3/30/19

5-foot-9, 200-pound right-handed hitter starts with a square stance utilizing a leg-lift to initiate his swing. Displayed the ability to hit behind the baseball during batting practice with a quiet set up and powerful launch. Registered a 78 mph bat-exit velocity showcasing his present pop and recorded a 4.44 home-to-first time. Demonstrated athleticism behind the plate moving to block balls to either side. Combined solid transfers and aggressive footwork to notch a 66 mph arm-strength from the crouch.
