Physical: Lean 5-foot-11, 160-pound frame with athleticism in the movements. 7.46 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH - Balanced, slightly-bent setup out of an open stance, as the hands showed some rhythm pre-load on the shoulder. Utilized a move back in the load to the shoulder coupled with a short lift and replace stride in order to initiate the bat head through a flat and fluid path into the hitting zone. Recorded an 84 mph bat-exit velocity while consistently barreling balls up towards the front of the plate, moderate effort in the box. Generated a 67% fly ball rate, which points towards loft present in the swing; stayed behind the ball at all times at the plate.
Defensively: The primary outfielder arrived on time to the baseball with adequate downhill momentum at the fielding window. Soft glove hand played off of the left foot giving way to transfers to the throwing ear and a long, high ¾ slot on the release. Was up to 75 mph from his position with consistent accuracy on the plate.
Demonstrated a tall and lean 5-foot-10, 145-pound frame with projectability in his long actions with room to add size and strength. The right-handed hitter begins with a balanced, even stance utilizing a lift-and-replace stride while hitting into a tall and stiff front side. Showcased a repeatable barrel path generating a line-drive approach during batting practice with feel for his hands. Recorded a 73 mph bat-exit velocity and ran a 7.04 60-yard dash. The primary shortstop displayed range to both sides while playing low to the ground with long, easy strides across the diamond. A soft glove hand played through the ball in both forehand and backhand setups and active feet created advantageous hops during defensive evaluations. Notched an accurate 64 mph arm-strength with low-effort of a high ¾ arm-slot with ability to change arm angles.
