Physical: 6-2, 185 pounds; Long, Slight build. 7.8 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Even setup, with feet just outside his shoulders; upright bat position. Short take back with the hands with a toe-tap for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing an average effort from the legs. Showed a moderate swing path with a finish around the back. More flyballs than line drives and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 87 MPH via Trackman.
Defensively: Starts with an upright /tall setup; walks into ready position while showing active feet. Hands are out in front with a clean transfer. Short take back from a standard 3/4 arm slot. INF - 79 MPH.
Pitching: Uses a center rubber setup while using a side step. Belt high leg drive with a slight lean over the belt. Has a moderate stride landing inline with the plate. Moderate arm swing while showing some scap load; standard 3/4 slot. Spins off 1B side with finish. FB: Peak velo of 85 MPH, while sitting 82-84 MPH; plays up in the zone. CB: 72-74 MPH; lands for strikes. CH: 76-77 MPH; fading action.
Physical: Longer, projectable 6-foot-2, 170lb frame with RTF. 7.77 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Balanced, upright stance, as the hands showed early rhythm above the shoulder. Utilized a toe-tap stride to initiate a lengthy swing through a flat path into the hitting zone towards a two-handed finish. Recorded a T86 mph exit velocity with success to the pull-side of the field when on time, producing a 78% sweet spot rate via Trackman. Room for additional power as he works more compact on the first move.
Defensively: The first baseman featured adequate actions around the bag at first, fielding off the middle of his body with a taller glove-hand. Displayed a repeatable 79 mph arm-strength across the dirt from H slot.
Pitching: RHP. Starts from the left side of the mound; deep drop-step and developing pace, using a big stride-length to gain extension. Sat 77-79 mph with ability to throw strikes, mixing a quality 68-70 mph CB with two-plane life (2395). Added a 71-74 mph CH with killed spin at 1555 rpms.
