4/21/15 Yoder sat 85-88 and touched 89 a couple times. Slider was 73-75 with good two-plane action when he kept it down in the zone. Shaky command at best, struggled to find the strike zone and get ahead of hitters. Did not allow a hit in five innings of work.

Comments
8/2/14 Yoder impressed sitting 87-89 while commanding his slider at 78 mph. The 6-foot-4, 225-pound righty, ranked No. 9 in the PA Class of 2016, worked three innings over two games yielding just one unearned run. Yoder has a very clean arm action and has a feel for a 73 mph curveball and a 76 mph changeup as well. His physical size and repeatable mechanics project him as a conference starter at the next level with the ability to take a team late into the ball game on a regular basis. Yoder's fastball is heavy and his slider has the potential to be a quality out pitch at the next level.
