Physical: 6-0, 185 pounds; Broad shouldered, Muscular build. 7.15 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Open setup, with feet shoulder width apart; has a pre-pitch bat waggle. Short take back with the hands with a slight leg-kick for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing an aggressive lower half. Showed a direct swing path with a two handed finish. More flyballs than line drives and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 94 MPH via Trackman. High exit velocity average of 85 mph via trackman. Physical backstop who could potentially develop into a power threat at the next level.
Defensively: Starts with a balanced setup; utilizing a traditional primary position while utilizing a quick first step. Hands work through the ball with a clean transfer. Short take back from a standard 3/4 arm slot. 1.81-1.89 pop times. C - 81 MPH. PA state games best pop-time.
Physical: 6-foot-0, 185 pounds; Sturdy, broad shouldered build. 7.48 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Open setup, with feet shoulder width apart; flat bat to start. Short take back with the hands with an up and down stride for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing a strong lower half. Showed a compact swing path with a two handed finish. More flyballs than line drives and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 91 MPH via Trackman. Displayed a gap to gap approach with a consistent feel of the barrel.
Defensively: Starts with a balanced setup; utilizing a traditional primary position while staying low during receiving. Hands are soft while staying low during transfer. Short take back from a standard 3/4 arm slot. 1.86-1.95 pop times. C - 80 MPH. Displayed great footwork on throwdowns with a lightning quick transfer.
Physical: Strong, muscular 6-foot, 185lb frame with bloodlines. 7.60 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Bent, slightly open stance that attaches to the glute, as the hands start at the shoulder. Utilized a balanced leg-kick stride to initiate the swing through a flat path with barrel-lag into the zone. Maintained feel for the trigger from a clean lower-half posture in the box. Recorded a T91 mph exit velocity and 80% barrel rate, emerging as one of the winners during the BP portion.
Defensively: The primary catcher displayed the ability to shut down the run-game with an athletic base out of traditional. Some separation at release with spring on the backside for a 79 mph arm-strength (H ¾) and pop-times between 1.87-1.96. Big body created a wall with downward angles on blocks.
Physical: Thick, strong 6-foot, 185lb frame with even proportions. 7.66 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH. Slightly open, narrow stance, as the hands operated calm and loose at the shoulder. Utilized a short lift and replace stride to initiate the swing through a flat path towards a lifted finish after impact. Able to maintain direction at the plate and recorded T88 mph bat-exit velocity (85 mph AVG), finding a home in the pull-side gap for extra-bases. Carried mature approach over to game action.
Defensively: Alternated stances from physical, wider lower-half posture with soft glove hand on the receive. Pop-times ranged 1.97-2.01, sticking the backside in the ground and reaching back for 78 mph arm. Won consistently to the arm-side of the bag, then blocked with comfortable down angles. Advanced defender.
Physical: 5-foot-10, 180 pounds; Broad shouldered, average build. 7.5 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Even setup, with feet wide spread; upright bat position. Short take back with the hands with an up and down stride for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing an average effort from the legs. Showed a direct swing path with a two handed finish. More line drives than flyballs and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 89 MPH via Trackman.
Defensively: Starts with a balanced setup; utilizing a traditional primary position while staying low during receiving. Hands work through the ball with a seamless transfer. Short take back from a high 3/4 arm slot. 1.85-1.88 pop times. C - 76 MPH.
