11/7/15 The standout among the group was easily 3B Dominic Peroni (Laurel Highlands). The 6-foot-1, 185-pound right-handed hitter put on a clinic in batting practice smashing line drives to all fields from a slightly open stance. Peronni displayed excellent balance and present power with a bat exit velocity of 91 mph. A 6.95 runner, Peroni showed above average range and light feet with a soft glove hand defensively. He showed his readiness as a defender at the next level with well above average 92 mph arm strength and the ability to make all plays on the move. Currently ranked No. 53 in the PA Class of 2016, Peroni will likely be fielding plenty of calls over the coming week following his stellar performance.

2/14/15 Peroni impressed with his simple, balanced approach and ability to repeat his swing. He starts from an open stance and strides to square with his hands in a good launch position. His head stays still throughout his swing and he flashes solid bat speed. He was equally impressive defensively, showcasing good feet and a soft glove hand accompanied by a strong accurate arm and ability to make plays on the move.

6/18/14 Peroni continues to show development in all facets of his game. The 6-foot-1, 170-pound right-handed hitter displayed a high hands load with an open stance. Peroni registered a bat exit velocity of 85 mph and displayed the ability to use all fields during batting practice. The junior showcased a soft glove hand and the ability to play through the baseball with an 83 mph arm across the diamond while registering a 7.23 60-yard dash.
5/13/14 Peroni barreled the baseball in all three at bats including a double to the gap in right-center field. The 6-foot-1, 170-pound sophomore showed agility and arm strength at 3B. Peroni made a solid play to his glove side bouncing to his feet and making a solid throw following a sliding stop.
1/12/14 Peroni showed the best defensive actions of any infielder at the event. The 6-foot-1, 170-pound 2B/3B showed the arm strength to play on the left side of the infield at 81 mph. He displayed the ability to play the ball on the move and a fluid exchange. Peroni hits from a square stance and has a flat path through the hitting zone allowing him to use all fields. He barreled the baseball routinely with an 85 mph bat exit velocity. Peroni turned in a 4.59 home-to-1B time.
11/16/13 Peroni showcased a square stance and good barrel whip in a solid round of batting practice with a bat exit velocity of 80 mph. The 6-foot-1, 155-pound right-handed hitter made consistent hard contact and showed the ability to use all fields. Peroni displayed soft hands and the ability to play through the baseball with a 77 mph arm across the diamond. His long, lean frame should continue to mature in the coming years making Peroni an interesting follow in this class.
9/29/13 Peroni showed well in all facets of the game. The 6-foot-1, 155-pound infielder utilized a square stance along with a lift and replace stride foot to barrel the baseball consistently during batting practice. Peroni displayed a flat bat path through the hitting zone and the ability to use all fields with a bat exit velocity of 79 mph. He went 1-for-3 at the plate in game action. Peroni showcased athletic actions in the infield with fundamental actions and a 76 mph throwing arm.
