Physical: Lean, twitchy 6-foot-1, 175lb frame. 6.88 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH. Wider, square stance, as the hands operated flat at the shoulder to begin. Utilized a barrel-tip on time with a toe-tap stride to initiate the swing through an uphill, rotational path into the hitting zone. Some length at times, but produced hard contact to the pull-side gap up to 82 mph exit velocity via Trackman. Notched an 88% sweet spot rate, recording a line-drive approach with ability to extend plane.
Defensively: The outfielder demonstrated up-tempo footwork, driving the chest downhill with rounded actions in the gaps. Fielded off his left and set the base before releasing from a H ¾ slot (81 mph arm, carry).
Pitching: RHP. Begins from the middle of the rubber; average pace in the delivery, exploding through a short window H ¾ slot. The FB ranged 80-83, 84 mph with some life at the letters, mixing a commanded, steep 69-71 mph CB with depth out of the hand. Faded a mid-70’s CH back the other way.
