Physical: Longer, projectable 5-foot-10, 145lb frame. 8.12 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH. Shoulder-width, even stance, as the hands wiggled by the head in rhythm to start. Utilized a toe-tap stride to initiate the swing through a flat path, matching plane early behind the ball. Maintained a line-drive approach towards the middle of the field, gap-to-gap during his round, up to a T85 mph exit velocity. Leverages the arms.
Defensively: The middle infielder displayed a hop in the prep-step and rounded the ball downhill to the target. Fielded out in front of his body with the ability to carry momentum into the throw. Moderate effort, 72 mph arm-strength across the dirt from H ¾ slot.
Pitching: RHP. Begins from the stretch-only off the middle of the mound; full arm-circle that times up release with a smooth delivery. The FB rode to the letters at 75-77, T78 mph, commanded for strikes. Mixed a two-plane low-60’s CB and hard-fading 68-70 mph CH, both seasoned.
