3/26/16 The Wagner commit typically worked at 85-87, although showed his typical rangy adding/subtracting down to 83 and up to 89 (usually with two strikes). Continued to demonstrate a very good feel for his mid-70s change-up, as well as an ability to flip and upper-60s curveball in for a strike.

5/23/15 Came on for 1 inning of relief and was much stronger than when seen early in the season. Out of high-3/4 slot, FB was 85-87, touching 88. Fairly straight although got downhill well at the lower end of the velo range. Got three swing-and-misses from an ACC-committed bat on an 11/5 CB that clocked at 70-71.

3/30/15 Stop-and-start, hesitation delivery with a high leg kick. Fastball sat 84-85 in the first inning and dropped off to 80-81 after that. Typically a solid strike-thrower, he struggled to maintain direction on this day and pulled the pitch across the plate gloveside often. Slurvy breaking ball with early break clocked in at 68-70. Best pitch today was his 70-72 change-up that had sink and was thrown with very good sell. Quick feet on pickoffs, but was long to the plate. Battled through the outing; have seen him better than what he showed today. 

5/4/14 Pritchett worked 82-84 with his FB, touching 86, up a tick from late March.  He also employed a 68-69 CB, while cruising through the first four innings (0 R, 2 H, BB, 4 K).  He tired in the fifth before being replaced, but there is plenty to like about the physical youngster (6-foot-2, 190-pounds).
