6-foot-6, 215-pound junior is an interesting pitching prospect. A college ready frame and an ability to get down hill make Paulina a candidate for early innings at the next level. He sat 85-87 in his first inning of work with tilt to his fastball. His 12/6 breaking curveball has hard down biting action at 72-75. Forced into the stretch for much of his second inning of work, Paulina's velocity dropped significantly with his fastball sitting 82-83. Still early in his development, additional velocity and the potential to throw a heavy changeup are definite possibilities moving forward.
