Physical: Wiry, athletic 5-foot-8, 150lb frame. 7.91 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH. Open stance with some hip-coil over the right side, as the barrel starts loosely at the trigger. Utilized a toe-tap stride to initiate the swing through an intentful, flat path into the hitting zone towards a two-handed finish. Matched pitch-plane early in ball flight, creating occasional lift to the LCF gap and recorded a T87 mph exit velocity via Trackman.
Defensively: The middle infielder shuffled the feet with choppy actions before the touch, funneling from the center of his body. Took a couple shuffles before getting rid out of an accurate H ¾ slot across the dirt, up to 77 mph. Made the slow-roller play in-rhythm.
Physical: Lean, athletic 5-foot-8, 150lb build with RTF. 7.57 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH. Narrow, open stance, as the barrel shows rhythm over the backside shoulder. Utilized a leg-hang stride to initiate the swing through a flat, whippy path with some separation present in the box. Made contact off the front of the plate yielding a line-drive approach towards the middle of the field, up to a T83 mph exit velocity. Developing gap-to-gap power currently.
Defensively: The primary shortstop featured simple posture at the fielding window, bending with a flat back over the ball and using a soft glove-hand to funnel. Beat the ball to the spot, adding a 76 mph arm-strength across the dirt (H ¾).
Physical: Lean, compact 5-foot-8, 140lb frame with some projection left. 7.55 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH - Wide, slightly closed off stance to the start with the hands high/barrel flat on the shoulder to start. Easy lift and replace stride out towards the pitcher coupled with a stretched load beyond the right shoulder; launched through a flat path with ability to match pitch plane early in ball flight. Posted a high contact round with noticeable bat to ball skills, working up to a 43% line drive rate via Trackman, spraying barrels to both sides of the field. Notched an 83 mph bat-exit velocity with room for more as he adds intent/strength down the road. Singles power at the moment, but more than holds his own at the plate with tough at-bats, situational hitting.
Defensively: The primary third baseman showed comfortability moving to his left with a soft glove hand fielding slightly close to the middle of his body with a medium posture. Smooth exchange and lengthy, ¾ release at T75 mph across the diamond. Could change slots based on play and handled reps on the move with some grace.
