6/13/21

Physical: Twitchy, athletic 5-foot-10, 185lb frame with ready strength for the next level. 7.08 runner in the 60-yard dash.

Offensively: RHH - Balanced, shoulder-width start with the hands loose/high at the shoulder with flat rhythm. Utilized a short lift and replace stride to initiate the bat head through a lightning quick, flat path with lift after contact. Hit into a stiff front side in a repeatable effort, spraying hard contact all over the middle of the field. Displayed more juice to LCF/hard pull and could run it out of the yard on occasion. Generated one of the top line drive rates of the PA State Games (75%) in a standout round and projects to be an impact hitter somewhere atop the first 5 slots in the lineup. Recorded a noticeable 95 mph bat-exit velocity with big-time rotational acceleration numbers via Blast Motion (25 G’s+).

Defensively: The primary outfielder showcased adequate footwork, reading the ball off the bat and staying behind until needing to attack. Used a soft glove-hand that scooped and absorbed the baseball off the left side of his body. Featured a short, accurate high ¾ slot with quickness at release, projecting a stay in CF/LF moving forward (78 mph arm).
