8/19/16 - Whitehall two-way prospect's stuff wasn't quite as crisp as normal (six hits in two innings, although five of those came on the ground), but he still flashed an arsenal that will get plenty of outs at the next level. Fastball sat 82-83 and was accompanied by a low-70s 11/5 curveball and a change-up at 72-74 with good sell and sink that he trusted enough to throw to right-handed hitters and double-up. The two-way prospect showcased 85 mph arm strength across the diamond during showcase evaluations with an ability to play multiple infield positions.
5/14/16 - 5-foot-10, 170-pound primary pitcher flashed the leather at 3B on this day. Ziminsky made a diving, backhanded play early in game with a strong throw across the diamond and followed it up an inning later showcasing his body control in making a stellar play on the run on a bunt attempt.

2/14/16 5-foot-10, 170-pound righty sat 82-84 from a 3/4 arm slot with a quick arm. Ziminsky's fastball showed late life and arm-side run from a controlled, repeatable delivery. The sophomore displayed a solid feel for a 68-70 mph curveball with 11/5 rotation and two-plane break as well as a slider at 70-71. Ziminsky's 70 mph changeup is thrown at fastball arm speed with some sink giving him command of an above average four-pitch mix.
Right-handed hitter who starts from a slightly open stance and strides to square. Ran a 7.48 60-yard dash and posted 77-mph exit velocity. Has some length in his path (which could be shortened by reducing the impact of a high back elbow), but consistently barreled the baseball during his BP round. Defensively, he exhibited very good body control, fielded the ball out front well, and showed a strong, accurate arm.
11/7/15 5-foot-10, 170-pound, low three-quarter slinger with loose, quick arm and good rhythm in his delivery. Consistently located down in the zone with his fastball that sat 80-81 (touching 83-mph) with very good run and sink. Appeared to really trust his change-up at 67-69 that had late diving action. Especially given his arm slot, a slider that sat 71-mph was the better of his two breaking balls (the other being a softer 11/5 curveball at 67-68).

11/7/15 5-foot-10, 170-pound right-handed hitter who ran a 7.65 60-yard dash and logged a 74-mph exit velocity. Starts from a slightly open stance and strides to square. Primary pitcher (who showed well on the mound) has some length in his swing and wasn't always on time with his front foot. Defensively, he showed good feet and hands, along with 78-mph arm strength across the diamond.
