Physical: High-waisted, athletic 5-foot-10, 155lb frame with room to add mass on the mound. 

Pitching: RHP - Started off of the right side of the rubber using a fast-paced delivery and slight hip-coil to get on top of hitters from a short H ¾ slot (good extension at release). Some deception present on a 77-78 mph FB and mixed a commanded upper-60’s curveball with sweeping shape across the plate. A 72-74 mph CH has a chance to be a weapon with 13 inches of average fade to the arm-side.

Physical: Lean and projectable 5-foot-10, 155-pound frame with length in the movements. 7.93 runner in the 60-yard dash. 

Offensively: RHH - Balanced, slightly open stance as the hands played with moderate rhythm out of a traditional setup over the shoulder. Utilized a leg lift stride with feel for the timing mechanism to initiate the bat head through a flat path into the hitting zone. Showed off a middle/pull side approach with loft in the swing (50% fly ball rate) yielding a peak batted ball distance of 278 feet per Trackman Baseball. Both a 24 mph hand speed and high rotational acceleration score (19.3 G’s) point towards future power down the line; a 75% on-plane efficiency is evidence of present bat to ball skills at the plate according to Blast Motion. Recorded a peak bat-exit velocity of 82 mph during batting practice. 

Defensively: The primary backstop featured adequate receiving skills with minor glove hand movements on the corners. Utilized a traditional setup with pop times ranging from 2.15-2.22 while working out and around the baseball in the catch part of the “catch and throw” phase. Accurate 73 mph arm strength with some fluidity out of the transfer. Easy blocking abilities going down to one knee early on occasion to give himself control while deadening the ball out over the plate using downward chest angles.
