Physical: Highly athletic 6-foot, 162lb frame with two-way appeal; 6.87 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Slightly bent, even stance, as the hands began at a 45 degree angle above the head. Utilized a toe-tap stride to initiate a whippy, extended barrel path into the hitting zone towards a one-handed finish. Recorded a 92 mph bat-exit velocity via Trackman from a mostly lofty approach to the middle/pull side of the field. Did damage when pitched out over the plate in space.
Defensively: The outfielder was one of the top throwers at the event, gaining a 91 mph top velocity off of a crow hop during defensive evaluations. The arm-talent carried over to the mound with ability to handle two of the three OF spots.
Pitching: RHP. Started off the middle of the rubber with an elastic operation that uses the front side shoulder for tilt at release from H ¾. Attacked at 86-88, T89 mph up to 2360+rpms and mixed advanced two-plane 73-75 mph SL for punchouts. Big mound presence and racked up K’s on this date, also adding fading 77-80 mph CH at arm-speed.
