Physical: The 5-foot-10, 150-pound shortstop is a special athlete with increased fluidity and feel for the movements. 6.70 runner in the 60-yard dash with ability to reach top speed quickly. 

Offensively: RHH - Additional confidence in the box with a track-record of in game success against solid competition. Extra base hit machine starting with a wide, slightly open stance using a controlled barrel wave off of the shoulder and in front of the head. Utilized a bounce off the shoulder and barrel tip at the top of the load in order to initiate the hands through a rhythmic, slight uphill attack at launch. Generated an easy 88 mph bat-exit velocity per Trackman Baseball while splitting his reps between line drives and deep fly balls. Reached a peak batted ball distance of 325 feet while flashing an above-average 23 mph hand speed according to Blast Motion. High ceiling offensive threat with maturity in the “hit tool.” 

Defensively: The primary shortstop has always been advanced defensively while moving with confidence across the diamond in gliding actions. The glove hand showed early with additional pace from the left side; recorded a consistently improving 86 mph arm strength across. Can make all the plays with impressive range in either direction; ability to handle the play on the run with finesse.


Showcased feel for a lean and athletic 5-foot-9, 145-pound frame with room to add strength as he matures. The right-handed hitter begins with a balanced, even setup utilizing a controlled leg-kick to initiate a fluid, slightly uphill barrel path into the hitting zone. Demonstrated advanced feel for the barrel using an athletic lower half with flexibility allowing for increased connection between the hips and hands. Displayed a solid round of batting practice with line drives to all fields recording an 84 mph bat-exit velocity. Ran a 6.75 60-yard dash showing off a quick first step and base stealing ability. The primary middle infielder featured active feet with a low center of gravity creating advantageous routes to the ball and downhill momentum towards the target. Flashed quality range to both sides with a soft glove hand working plus and minus, beating the ball to the spot with regularity. Registered an accurate 73 mph arm-strength out of a quick, high ¾ arm-slot which for the time being should keep him at second base.


5-foot-9, 146-pound right-handed hitter starts from a square stance and initiates his swing with a simple heel-raise stride. Showed rhythm to direct swing with a line drive approach and a feel for the barrel. Registered a 77 mph bat exit velocity and ran an event best 7.07 60-yard dash. Showcased active feet defensively with a soft glove hand while playing through the baseball routinely. Current 73 mph arm strength should continue to develop through strength gains and physical maturity.
