Physical: Strong and imposing 6-foot-2, 210lb frame with advanced feel for the hit tool. 7.75 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH - The righty began in a balanced, even stance with a slight hip-coil over the rear leg. Utilized a rhythmic barrel-tip coupled with a leg hang creating stretch at footstrike; quality actions from launch as the hands entered through a loud, flat path into the hitting zone. Hunted for extra-base hits with intent to do damage while also flashing above-average bat to ball skills. Mostly pull-side approach, showing ability to spray hard contact with lift through the middle of the field. Recorded tangible bat-speed (74 mph) and a 94 mph peak bat-exit velocity per Trackman Baseball.
Defensively: The primary third baseman arrived on time to the fielding window with adequate hand positioning funneling inward to the belt, accurate/replaceable feet and some feel for the glove hand side on routes. Accurate high ¾ slot on throws across the diamond (76 mph arm).
